Does the weather effect our arranged dates?
Unfortunately it does, we cant paint exterior coatings in the rain, under 7 degrees or above 26 degrees to ensure paint is applied correctly. Sometimes the weather changes last minute so we’ll always confirm the day before or re-arrange.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
We ask that the work space be clear and tidy ready for us to work however we understand if you live alone or have any problems with doing so your self, our team will be happy to help move items and place them back once finished. If your having a kitchen completed, we ask for all cupboards and draws to be empty and work tops cleared.
Is there an after care process?
You’ll receive a specially prepared care pack to keep your transformation looking as good as new. We will also come back to rectify jobs within 10 years if in the unlikely event the paint peels, cracks or flakes.
How do you safely reach my 3 story property?
If we need to gain access to areas on any building will either use a cherry picker or scaffolding.
